Original Comment I am so upset, my card was compromised, I did everything netspend told me to do. First he fax wouldn't go through, the customer service said I was lying about sending it. I was supposed to have a credit when I got my new card. I got nothing, then they said march 3rd still nothing and as of right now still nothing. I call and the customer service yells at me hangs up on me. I have never been so insulted in my life. I have contacted the BBB and now I don't know what to do next
