Original Comment I am taking the time to tell you of my horrible experience with Sears Parts Direct Dept. 1/7/15 I called with model# and manual in hand to order part for my Kenmore refrigerator. Explained I needed the door basket directly below the dairy compartment. Was told it would be $45.62 on my credit card. 1/11- received 2 water filters and no basket (filters were never mentioned in our conversation)? Credit card billed $145! Called to ? how they could bill my card with amt. not ok'd by me?? Wouldn't credit my card until they received filters back, would send return labels. Confirmed that they had correct order for basket. 1/15 received wrong size basket- called again...they will send return label and correct basket. 1/20 received 2nd wrong size basket! Finally, went to Sears store in Strongsville, OH on 1/23 and talked with Tony, a very helpful, friendly salesman who was able to give me the correct part within a few minutes (can't say enough about this gentleman).Called AGAIN 1/24, gave them part # I needed and finally received correct basket! You would think this was finally over... not yet. They never credited my charge card for the water filters ($98), they received on 1/29 per UPS tracking. When I called on 3/6, they had received them, but neglected to credit me, what a surprise! Received credit on my acct. 3/9/15! I can't tell you how frustrating and ridiculous my experience was with this company. Never again Sears! You really need to look into to your process and the people you have working for you. The only thing good I can say is about your sales associate, Tony, at Southpark Mall, who was able to help me in a few minutes and bring this nightmare to an end when your expert parts people could not!
