Starting in 2003 with my new HMO Health Plan I have been using the mail order service for ordering my annual supply of three medications at 90 day intervals. Everything has been fine until three weeks ago.At that time my cardiologist submitted three prescription forms authorizing Express Scripts to send me my prescriptios upon my request. Two days later I called Express Scripts to order my 90 day supply and was told by a customer representative that only one prescription could be filled because the Doctor did not sign and date the other two forms. This was on a Friday so the following Monday morning I drove to the hospital and was able to intervene him between appointments and he said that that was not necessary do to their electronic medical software system but he would have his medical assistant follow up with a phone call. Later that day the medical assistant called me and said that everything was okay and to order the other two prescriptions. That same day I received one prescription by mail so all I needed now were the remaining two. Two day's later I received a letter from Express Scripts stating that they could not send me the two remaining prescriptios because I had two different addresses. This was rediculous. I have been lining at my current address for 13 years and I just received my first prescription several days earlier. Also since I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hans and fingers I told Express Scripts not to put "child proof caps" on the bottles. The first bottle receivedhad child proof caps.In the past, I always received my three prescriptions together in the same size bottles without childproof caps. Now I have finally received my other prescriptions but they are all different size bottles with child proof caps. I called Express Scripts so they sent me three non-child proof caps but they don't fit the bottles. So now I have my three prescriptions but can't open the bottles . This is not a joke folks . They should make a movie out of this one.It couldn't have been scripted any better. Luckily I have a neighbor who opened the caps and I put all my prescriptions in my old bottles which luckily saved.Yesterday which was Saturday,03/21/2015 I received another letter from Express Scripts signed by the Director of Operations stating that they could not send me my remaining prescriptios because of conflicting addresses. I have called my Medical Insurance Provider and am filing a complaint against Express Scripts.
