My displeasure with Thrifty is how the sub contractor handling Tolls for Thrifty pirated<br /> <br /> excess fees on top of toll charges that I paid and was confirmed as paid by FASTRAC payment confirmation. The call center company hired by Thrifty charged my credit card an extra $44 after I explained to supervisor Danny that the FASTRAK policy is NOT to include License Plate state, although the paid invoice reflects the exact charges for tolls on dates billed and confirmation # matches the rental car license plate. I asked why a company representative can't confirm this information! On 4-1 Mary at Thrifty call center indicated that a call was made and FASTRAK couldn't confirm payment matches rental car based on the fact FL (Florida) wasn't on the confirmation #. I told mary to have your representatives call me and FASTRAK on a conference call to resolve this OVERCHARGE!<br /> <br /> She indicated they would process the dispute again! It's going on 3 months! This is a horrible way to treat customers! <br /> <br /> The dispute is about the fact that FASTAK
