I booked a room on March 19th, 2015 (hotel for my daughter, her friend and my grandson who is 9 years through Expedia.com, to which I booked based on pictures I viewed on their (Days Inn) website. The total cost from 4/1-4/5 is $595.32, to which they are here for my wedding. When the party of three arrived tonight, the following happened: 1.The room is too small. 2.No roll away bed for my grandson. 3.TV service extremely bad. 4.My daughter was lied to as to the location of Enterprise Rent A Car (not near the hotel at all). When I called Expedia.com I was only offered a $50.00 coupon for my next booking. The staff at Days Inn have this &quot;not my problem attitude&quot; when it comes to the consumers concerns. <br /> <br /> To make matters worst, my fiancee &amp; I have booked a 4 days stay from 4/4 -4/7 (which is after our wedding) so that we can spend time with m daughter, my grandson and my daughter's friend.<br /> <br /> I do not know what your corporate office can do but I believe that a full investigation into this location needs investigating. Hopefully this can be done as well a partial refund for my daughter's room.
