Original Comment The worst customer service on planet earth. This company system did not bill me prism tv for 5 months the prism lady rep explained. Then she transfered me to another peron by the name of Josh in there Boise office who was a complete jerk ! He did not have any empathy for my situation just told me there is no one who can help me and said hold please without getting my permission saying your going to escelations. He kept me on hold for over 40 minutes never coming back to say anything. I will do everything on my power to get this company on the news so novone will use them going forward. So this place goes down fast. I need someone to get back to me asap . I will take 2 hours out of my day every day to write lettera and calls
