Original Comment I stayed at the Days Inn located at 2185 HWY-71 S Marianna,FL and had the most horrible and stressful experienceven ever. the platinum long blonde hair lady at the front desk was rude and her level of customer service was horrible. 1st have me a hard time for wanting to use my AAA membership that qualify's for a "MINIMAL DISCOUNT" of $9. As she called it and tried to humiliate me in front of a client. Then placed smoking customers in a non smoking area and said that they paid extra to smoke there. I called the front and express that my Godson has asthma and that's why we requested a non smoking area and her response was " I can't control what that room does and they paid extrato smoke". WHAT???? clearly there's a non smoking sign placed in front of all the doors of non smoking rooms... granted they should hey what they paid for and so should I. I asked for a refund so I can go=elsewhere but was denied because no manager in site so was forced to stay because I did not want to pay another 90$ to go to another hotel.. and still management all had not reached out to me after I have called numerous times to speak to someone about the issue. All I can say is this is Unacceptable,,I am appalled at the poor level of service from personel and management.
