Original Comment We had to move out of our first room because the sheets were dirty. The TV remote did not work. We needed towels. Sone one took the iron. Little things had I known it would get worse, we would of stayed. At 10 pm we were moved upstairs. It was cleaner. But the remote to tv still doesn't work. Had to unplug clock to plug in phone. No lights over vanity or bathroom. Slept on it. In the morning at 7 was told he was on his way up. It's 8:34. I can't even brush my teeth in the dark. Do I ask to be moved again. Can I get a full refund.
