Original Comment i bought a card and switched over to a new and didnt work after 2 hours i had to buy another card in order to get a hold of straight talk and was promised a refund and promised a month free of service on march 8th and got refunded had representatives tell me it was noted and it would just be added on now a month later nothing got tossed around by three reps and denied and lied to. that is very non professional and i think maybe its needs to be fixed or class action may need to happen cuz im definately not only i see
