Original Comment Hello,<br /> I've just arrived home from the most rude, disrespectful and annoying experience ever at the Duane Reade Pharmacy on First Avenue and 14th Street in Manhattan. I was attempting to pick up two prescriptions and to pay with a one hundred dollar bill. The cashier states there is not enough change at the register and calls the manager, Chinniel, who walks over and whispers to the cashier something that neither myself nor my daughter, could hear. The cashier then states that actually the entire store does not have &quot;change.&quot; I found that to be incredible and totally unbelievable. As we left without my prescriptions, my daughter saw manager &quot;Chinniel&quot; having an animated discussion with said cashier. I do not know what manager &quot;Chinniel' s problem was, but if she doesn't like her job, she should just quit, and stop all of the unnecessary eyeball rolling and surly behavior. If Duane Reade hires people like her, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. CVS is right next door, which is where I was able to get change for my $100 bill in order to retrieve my DR prescriptions with success. The unprofessionalism and need to exit your store were very unnecessary and rather inconvenient to say the least. This must not happen again to me or any other customer for that matter.
