I went into the Lenscrafters in Las Vegas on Lake Mead on Feb 18,2015. I had my eye exam and selected my frames. Since I needed anti glare added to my lenses I was told they would be sent out and I would get them in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and I call the store. I'm told the glasses are in bur they were flawed and are being reordered. I was told I could take them and wear them since the flaw was near the nose piece and not in my field of vision. The man that gave them to me was Shazad. He claimed they were very busy and gave them to me. I put them on and they just didn't feel right. He didn't not offer to adjust them at all. I left and quickly realized something was wrong. Before I got home I switched them out for my old pair. I went back a few days later and spoke to a very nice girl named Kylee who explained what was wrong with them. First the bifocal was not line up right. The so called flaws ( turned out there were 2) were cracked lenses where someone had used their thumbs the push the lenses into the frames leaving prints and cracking the lenses. She went to investigate where my new lenses were to discover they had come in but without prism. I was told it would be just another few days. In total it took 52 days to get my glasses. I went back in to pick them up and once again they are scratched/flawed in the same place as the first ones. I spoke to the manager Carole about it and I asked her why should I give you another chance to mess them up. I was given a full refund but I will not go to or recommend Lenscrafters to anyone. I have been going to Lenacrafters for years and never experienced such poor customer service.
