Original Comment I had some work done on my 2005 Tundra about a month ago at your location on South Sante Fe,Drive (approximately), in Littleton, Colorado. I have taken all my cars there for years and have been very satisfied until last month. I went to pick up my truck and the bumper wasn't even attached properly, trash in the bed, and a chip on the hood that didn't get done. The truck was filthy with light dust all over the truck. <br /> <br /> I went in to talk to Todd, and he immediately had an attitude. He said &quot;is the trash mine or yours&quot;?. I said yours. Really, he had the guts to say &quot;mine or yours&quot;. I showed him the bumper that wasn't attached correctly and the chip on the hood. He said &quot;the chip isn't on the paperwork&quot; He took the truck back to the shop while I waited. Todd put some touch up paint on the chip which was about the size of a dime. It doesn't look very good, and I expressed that I didn't want it to eventually rust. He ran it through the car wash, what a waste of time that was. It would have been better if it had rained on my truck, it would have looked better than your car wash. No care in the world to make my truck look like it was just worked on and painted. Todd could care less, he brings in a check.<br /> <br /> I spoke with the person at the desk, that took my original order. I asked him why he didn't put the chip on the paperwork, he said he did. Todd, didn't address it at all. Todd was not very professional that day nor did he care. I asked who the supervisor was and he said it was him, with an attitude. I don't care to do business with Maaco in the future at all. <br /> <br /> New management, new employees, what ever the reason it is not the same company as in the past. I think you need to take a look at your supervisor and the employees of this Maaco. Do you have so much business that it doesn't matter how you treat your customers, more will walk through the door anyway. Sad, but true.<br /> <br /> I also want to comment on your commercial on tv. It is disgusting. What are you thinking? Having someone throwing up on a commercial, really. I have to MUTE the tv every time it comes on it makes me sick to my stomach. Who in the hell are your marketing people to think this is OK. Well, it is not. You need to pull this commercial immediately, if you think this is going to get business,think again!!<br /> <br /> I will never do business with Maaco again, for these 2 reasons. But, you probably don't care, some other fool will walk through your doors for a shocking surprise like I did.
