On April 23 I placed an order for my service to be moved, I was told my lights would be on by April 27, on April 27th I spoke with a supervisor who spotted an error, apparently the person who placed my order had lights getting turned on at the location I was moving from, when she fixed it she then stated that Entergy was waiting for verification, she told me to call and get it straightened out. When I called they weren't aware of any verification and told me my lights would be on before 5pm that same day. Well the following day my lights were still off so I called and they tell me I need verification once again, so I spoke with another supervisor on the 28th about it, about an hour later I get a call from verification a whole day after my lights were suppose to be on, they tell me my lights won't be on till MAYBE Thursday. Now mind you that when I first called to have my service moved no one told me I needed a verification call, I've been getting the runaround time after time and I have small children(ages 6months 1yr.3yrs& 4yrs) I've been without lights for a week and now I'm being told I may have to wait another week before I get lights...what's going on why do I keep getting this runaround I cannot go any longer without lights, how am I suppose to feed my babies? Why is it no one told me anything from the beginning? Why do I have to keep calling to get different information? I need to speak with management over management!!!!!!
