Original Comment I have been a member w/ this crappy company since January 2015, I'm VERTY VERY dissapointed and angry with this company who decided to charge me a $32.00 fee for membership services that wasn't suppose to be charged til 6/1/15. I spoke to Kristy which is at the headquarters who was extremely rude and told me no it was returned service charge on my statement, BS! I will be canceling my membership today the moment I get out of work and also have contact my attorney in filing a lawsuit. PLANET FITNESS ARE SCAMMERS FOR ANYONE INTERESTED, THEY SCREW YOU OVER AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! I'M DETERMINED AND WON'T GIVE UP ON WITH HOW THIS COMPANY SCREWED ME OVER! FOR ANYONE INTERESTED DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PF, IT'S A WASTE NOT TO MENTION A RIP OFF!
