Original Comment Ashley Furniture been nothing but a bad headache. They are liars and they steal from their consumers. they get you into this credit called Acceptance Now account that they pass off as a credit account which later becomes rental furniture which you end up paying 3 times the original price you agreed to pay. the sofa was defective it took them one month 1/2 to finally fix it after many phone calls for someone to set an appointment to fix the couch. I will never buy with them again because all they do is take advantage of good customers. on my second month when I called to pay it off they told me I had paid to much on my first month and their system wouldn't let them make any sorts of payment even paying off. now I'm over paying every month and every time I called they cant help me. worst company ever worst then Rooms to Go. Alexandra, Laurie and Marjorie these women were the worst customer service rep at Ashley Alexandra told me I could not pay off my bill because the system wouldn't let her but now I know its because she cant speak English.
