Original Comment I had a fine Tracfone Plan - phone and cost for a few years and thought well of<br /> Tracfone. I am on a limited income and waited till a price dropped on a smart<br /> phone on line and ordered one. It malfunctioned, and I returned it and was sent<br /> another. It also malfunctioned and I returned it. I was told when I ordered it<br /> I did not need to buy the activation card as I was a customer. When I called in<br /> I was browbeat to buy a card. I did and I added a plan. then both phones malfunctioned. Icons kept appearing, it jumped from one screen to another etc.<br /> I talked to customer service many times and an executive called me on 5/5 and<br /> said a full refund for phone and card was on its way. I never got it.
