Hello, my name is Trisha House and I stayed at The Days Inn located in Sequim Washington on 6/22/2015. When I checked in everything seemed okay, until I went to get onto bed and found what appeared to be semen on the sheets I was laying on. I immediately called down to the front desk to see if I could receive new sheets but instead the front desk employee moved my room. When I got into the new room, I pulled back the sheets to make sure everything was fine, and once again it seemed to be okay. After I got into bed for the second time I started smelling urine. I got up to see if I could locate the smell and it was on the chair next to my bed. I immediately reported the problem and had an employee come up to the room to see the issue I was having. This employee said that it was definitely urine and that she could smell it as she walked into the room. She then insisted I moved rooms again, making this my third room of the night. The next morning when I went to check out, I asked for a discount due to all the issues I had and the front desk employee became argumentative and started accusing me of lying. She then only took 25% off of my stay and said that it was the best she could do at the moment, but if I needed further help I could email the hotel manager. I did exactly that, however I didn't receive a response until I emailed a second time. This email said that I couldn't receive a full refund (like I had asked) due to the fact that I stayed in 3 different rooms instead of just accepting new sheets. The problem that I have with that, is I originally only asked for new sheets but was declined. This hotel was filthy and the service was horrible! If possible, I am still seeking full reimbursement.
