Original Comment I want someone from the corporate office to call me in regards to my elderly mother's account, so I can let the Senators and Congress know who I spoke to. Since Tracphone is getting paid from the federal Gov't for the worse service. And I am a taxpayer. I will definitely sponsor a change of Tracphones policy. My mother's phone was stolen. The new minutes were not used for this month. But per statement from your customer service supervisor in Buloise, My mother lost her minutes for this month, no matter if it was used or not. They will only give her 10 minutes on this replacement phone. <br /> <br /> I am sure a few Senators and Congress would like to know why you are damning my mother and other elderly or disabled if they get there phone stolen. Because that is what it feels like to them. My phone no. I expect a response soon. Please excuse the way this letter is, but I have had poor service each time I call for my mother. I feel sorry for the elderly and disabled who are unable to speak for themselves. But this letter will speak for all of them. Someone from the US to call me please, not from any country.<br /> <br /> Thank you
