Original Comment An AVG technician actually crashed my computer after insisting that he could clean it up even after a Microsoft technician had already cleaned it up[ as far as he could --the computer was still working, just not up to par--AVG disputed their findings and proceeded to CRASH MY COMPUTER--He didn't even apologize--I received NO RESPONSE to a letter sent to AVG in the Netherlands. I had to buy a new computer, new printer, and new software thanks to AVG--STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONPANY!
