good afternoon. the reason im contacting headquarters is because i got a payloan advance for a while now.i work graveyard shift and live in duarte ca. i get out at 6am and dont have a car i take 2 buses to get to 11000 lower azusa rd, in el monte ca .until they open at 8am.but sometimes they have 15customers in line because they have 3 representatives but 2 of them are taking phone calls giving information on the phone so we end up with one person helping everybody. they start helping you and they stop to take care of the phone. i asked them why? if we have been waiting on line for a long time and is not fair for us customers and the answer was that the corporate has to give a priorety to the people on the phone it does'nt make sence . why?now they want us to recommend new customers?? but to be honest i can't it will make me look bad. i seen so many people walk in and out. you have lost alot of clients do to this problem. also they have this manager inside her office that either she is eating or doing god knows what. but i worked as a manager before and i tell you if i see alot of people in line out of coutesy to the custumer i would get up and help out. as a suggestion only it will be nice if they could assign a single person to answer the phone only the phone. and the rest can help the custumers.thank you and i dont like to complain but is so rude and annoying to wait so long in line and they are checking other peoples informations while you wait to finally get your turn after 45min to re-loan and to be honest it makes me feel like i never want to come back. thank you for taking your time reading my concern.
