Original Comment I am disgusted with this company. Be careful, if for any reason you do not rollover your account by the expiration date, they will be happy to do that for you and at 2/12 times the rate. Robbery!! No one will work with you. They really don't care. I will be paying over $100 for an electric service because of this. Why not take an average rate for the state of which your customer resides, but no ....let's take the consumer's hard earned money and punish them! They pride themselves with integrity and they are far from it. They are happy to punish us, take the absurd amount of overage from you, sit in their fancy office, with their expensive shirts, get in their expensive car and drive home to their lavish homes on my dime. They are unethical. They insinuated that since their records indicate that my letter was sent and not returned to them, that I received (and I did not). with the 3 individuals I spoke too, it was consistent that it was my fault and oh well that's too bad for you. I have never been so angry at a company for mistreatment of their consumer....and they really didn't care. Absurd! Do not use this company!
