The manager Don that was running a register was the most rudest person I have seen. I ordered a turkey sandwich and asked what came on it, he said ummm turkey, and I just looked at him like are you serious ? Another co-worker walked by and heard him and said it also comes with lettuce onion and tomatoe and I said Thank you to her and he rolled his eyes and then asked me what else I wanted. I asked what kind of bread came with the sandwich, he said sweet bread. I have came to this Panera a lot as I work close by. After today, it made me not want to go back. Not only was he rude , I asked and paid for swiss cheese on my sandwich and when I got back to office it was not on there. I never complain when it comes to my food , but when someone is just plain rude and are a leader in their company then I will. Thank you for taking the time to read.
