Original Comment The management team for the KFC located at 6510 Coventry Way located in Clinton, MD are in dire need of civility training. This store has been robbed several times and when the only female worker complained about being afraid and wanted to change her shift, Mark the manager thought that was funny and made no attempt to change her schedule. This manager, Mark has never been disciplined on how he treats his employees and his supervisor accepts his behavior and decisions without investigating the complaints. These employees have no way of getting their concerns heard above Mark's 1st line supervisor. Several of the employees have been dismissed from the job because of his lies and personal feelings. These are the same employees he has asked to stay late off the clock (in a non paid status)to help clean and close the store. At no time should they be working not in a pay status. Recently he attempted to lock an employee in the freezer because the employee's shirt was not tucked. After that incident he continued to approach this employee as if he wanted a physical altercation. The next day he had another manager terminate this individual for being disrespectful. That is very unprofessional. No one has respect for this manager and from these infractions I can see why. He realizes he has their livelihood in his hands and he takes advantage of these young adults. When he's mad he cuts their hours. I'm aware that most of the employees are young and are not without fault in some matters, but they have to be treated fairly. I'm sure a company of your magnitude would not allow this if it was located in a more prominent area/neighborhood. No one should be disrespected or publicly ridiculed.
