Original Comment I booked this place 1 Year before my wedding, because I'm on a budget and was doing a "Do it yourself wedding". I spoke to Emma the "coordinator" and immediately had a bad feeling about her, however I feel in love with the place thinking I would not have to deal with her. Wrong first of all she calls her self "anal" but she is not. First she began to forget every meeting a scheduled with her. She very unprofessional and will tell something one day and will forget who i im the next day. Then she calls me 6 months prior to my wedding to tell me she booked the banquet hall ON THE SAME DAY OF MY WEDDING UNTIL 2PM. My wedding the reception is at 6??? when does she think im going to decorate my venue... three hours before I set to get married? are you kidding me? she tells me she will try and get the other people to cancel.... I waited and waited... but she never called. I call her back and she is talking to me like she is doing me a favor by renting me the hall?/ Like Im Paying 1,470 dollars!!!! im not getting this for free!!!!! I spoke to the manager and she was rude as heck the same or even worse that Emma.. She suggested I pay extra in order to to decorate during the day? really nooo thank you!!! and I asked for a re fund... DON'T GO THERE THEY MAKE PROMISES THEY CANT KEEP JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT
