Original Comment Checked minutes and data balance on 12/10/2015 and had <br /> <br /> 2,331 talk min<br /> 1,990 txt <br /> and 3,193.72 mb of data<br /> <br /> On 12/16/2015 all of the talk, txt and data minutes were lost<br /> all of them got wiped out at the same time, so I called tracfone on the 16th of December and was told to wait 72hrs for them to investigate and update there system and was told not to worry that I should get my min,txt and data added back to my phone. I call back to make sure it was ok to purchase a few minutes so I would not be without my phone because I have a special needs child that is home bound and have to have my phone if I leave my house for any reason. They said it was ok, so I purchased 60min that evening. Then I called tracfone back on sat 12/19/2015 and was told they would not credit my minutes,txt or data back so I spoke with a rep from there corporate office and he also said they would not return my min,txt or data back to me. So I told him I would change to another cell carrier and contact the BBB to file a complaint, Which I have done.
