I checked my phone about a month ago and it showed no min. I bought 200 min/ tripled. These minutes never appeared on my phone. I waited 4 hours and checked again, no min. I called customer service and she had me to explain to her the problem. After that she sent me to tech. Same process, but he stated there was no way for the minutes to show in my acct. I would just have to call every day or so to check. I find this ridiculous. I am so mad, I am just going to go with Verizon. From a Very angry customer.
