Original Comment I Am Very Displeased With You Location In Pearland Shooping Center. I Was There On Saturday About 1pm. First Sign That I Should Have Left Was The First Thing The Asked For Was For My Insurance Info. I Was Then Given A Basket And Told To Look Around And If I Find Somthing Put It In The Basket And We Will Try Them On. She Stayed W Me About 5 Minutes And Then Went Bk To See If My Insurance Loaded. She Was More Concern About My Insurance Carrier Verses That Satification Of The Custmer. Did Her Sell Pitch. I Paid Was Advised Glasses Will Be In On Sunday About 4pm. Advised That I Would Receive A Text Message And Call. I Called In Late For Work Assuming That My Glasses Were In. I Called About 4:30 To Inquire About The Glasses. Someone Advised Me That She Would Have To Do More Reach And Call Me Back.<br /> Here Is 2pm Monday And Still No Call. Called The Store Back And Requested To Speak W A Manager Spk W Julie Who Got On The Line Apolized And She Let Her Take My Name And Number And She Wl Call Me Bk. I Advised Her No I Was Not Going To Hang Up I Gave Your Store The Benefit Of The Doubt That You Would Do What You Promised Your Customer. She Came Bk And Said That No Glasses Are Still Not In...there Was A Large Number Of Orders That Was Sent Over And Glasses Should Be Delivered By 4pm Tomorrow Or Will Call You After 6pm. I Requested A Phone Call No Later Than 430 Advising Me That My Glasses Are In.<br /> I Came To You Facility Because I Was Assured That My Glasses Would Be Ready The Next Day. I Am A Driver Who Needed Her Glasses Asap Just A Promised.<br /> <br /> If Someone Would Have Taken The Time To Call Me Back And Advise That The Glasses Were Not Going To Come In On Saturday Or Ever To Let Me Know That There Maybe A Delay.<br /> <br /> Bad Customer Service It Is Not Always About The Might Dollar.
