Original Comment I live in Vallejo, Ca. I was a longtime Comcast customer. I had to move & relocate & shut down my Comcast phone & internet. After 2 and a half weeks with no proper customer service on a problem from the phone shut down, I walked into the Tulomme st. office in Vallejo, Ca. & asked for the manager, Mike Biederman, he gave me excellent customer service and solved my problem in a few days, even though it was a weekend Mike deserves so much credit for being honest with me re: the situation and solving the problem. Please express my satisfaction to Comcast corporate on the very professional way Mike Biederman handled himself, he was the only one after all the contacts I spoke with at Comcast in person and on the phone, who got the job done as it should have been. He is surely Managerial material Thank You.
