Original Comment Aldi Store #18 Palmetto Bay Florida - Weak manager and bad staff. <br /> The entire team needs training. Sad when a company attempts to do business and is incapable of hiring a strong manager who has the ability to properly manage the staff. Extremely poor, untrained staff, exception the cashiers, with a manager who needs direction. <br /> In addition Aldi must correct its advertising policy. When an item is on sale for the week, a customer cannot drive miles only to be advised the advertised item is no longer available. Yes quantities can be limited for the sale item, but a customer must be given a rain check if the item is depleted. How dare Aldi after the customer drives many miles to respond to an add be told no rain checks permitted.<br /> What kind of absurd policy is this? The manager, Lion, read the ad to me confirming the policy.<br /> In addition upon entering the shop Saturday May 7th. the flyers in the stand were all dated May 18-24. Such disorganization poorly reflects on Aldi and should be addressed.
