Original Comment I just want to let you what a wonderful experience I had at Pottery Barn Kids, Durham, NC 27713. I viewed your stroller blankets on line but wanted to see them in person. Kirsten Powers, Associate Mgr. helped me. I picked out the blanket and she, herself, took it to a person this location uses for embroidery so I could have the baby's name stitched on it. She picked it up, wrapped it and sent it out - all in the space of one day! It was not a very expensive purchase but she was kind enough to do this for me. I believe she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and I want to let you know what an impression this made on me.
