I never had any problems with Lens Crafters since I went to Rt.22 Springfield, NJ office. I used the optometrist inside the store and got my eyes checked last April 26,2016. After a few days I got a call from the store that my glasses didn't pass the inspection due to the lenses so it will take a few more days. They were very apologetic at first, then week 2 and wk 3 came, still not ready. The second problem was the frame broke and it needs to be replaced. Finally, a month later I picked up my glasses and when I tried it on at work, I couldn't see. I had to go back again to the store and find out what the problem was, they put in the wrong prescription. Now the blaming game starts. The manager Carolyn Tobias tried to blamed the Dr.'s office first and then the Lab where my glasses came from. I asked her if they can put a rush since I've been waiting for it for a month and she just brushed me off and said she needs to speak to someone first and she won't be able to tell me when the glasses will be ready. I guess with all the problems I had there, she wasn't happy, also with the "survey" I filled out. I think as a manager of a store, which she is, she should have a better attitude. She did not even apologize for the situation, I guess she figured it wasn't her fault. I know whenever I get my glasses back if ever, I will not go back to that store and I will also let people know not to go there. I normally don't make complaints or comments but this is unacceptable!!
