Original Comment I tried unsuccessfully yesterday to purchase a replacement phone since you are phasing out the 2G network. The first person I spoke to (could hardly understand) kept saying I could not get the discount even though the website stated a $20.00 discount on a new phone. I had him transfer me to someone else. 45 minutes later she told me that they couldn't get the software application to work,that would allow me to receive a discount. I asked when it might be fixed and was told she didn't know her Immediate Supervisor did not provide her with that information. Unacceptable, Horrible, Worst Ever experience with Tracfone. I've been a customer for 10 years but have decided to check out Consumer Cellular which has US based customer service and people that speak ENGLISH! Sad thing is,you don't care!
