Original Comment I stayed at the Days Inn in Okmulgee, OK on Thursday, June 9th, 2016. The air conditioner didn't work in the room. Called the front desk at 1:00 a.m., they brought an old fashioned air conditioner that had no controls, it worked for about thirty minutes, then it went out. It was very hot in the room so took a shower to cool off and called the front desk again. They brought an OLD box fan. I pulled the sheets back on the bed to stay cool. there was bed bugs on the sheets. I have pictures of the old air conditioner, the old fan and the bed bugs. I am so disappointed in the motel and I would definitely like a full refund. Did not hardly get any sleep that night especially after seeing the bed bugs. Could you please contact me on this complaint? I am elderly and on a fixed income so to be put in a position like what I went through is very disappointing to me. I use to recommend Days Inn to everyone but I will not do that again if something is done to compensate me for the terrible treatment I received.
