I rec'd a replacement fone due to an upgrade the their 4 G system, no previous contact. Had a 2G for over 3 yrs. The replacement was a refurbished piece of JUNK. I charged it for the 5+ HRS., transferred my info on a Sat the 28th of May. On Sunday the 29th phone went DEAD that afternoon!! I was supposed to last a year. Yea, right.<br /> Been on their talk line with 6 different reps, no help. Returned the phone via FedEx on Monday the 6th of June, it is now the 14th. They said there is a problem with my mailing address?? Email rec'd this morning, phone being shipped by FedEx, IT IS Another Refurbished phone. Probably another piece of JUNK. Had been assured it would be a NEW PHONE!! Won't get it until either the 17th or the 20th. If it last no more that a month, I am canceling my service and go with either Jitterbug, or they Other Senior phone. I am 73 and don't appreciate this run around. This is TOTAL BS.
