Class Mates seem to have a policy of evasion to one's request for cancellation of subscription. They certainly make it extremely hard to reach a Customer Service rep. Once you give them your card info you may not be able to unsubscribe... so they tap into your funds, yes, your bank account balance is billed for all eternity ? Be WARNED ! Think twice before you sign up for Class Mates.
