Original Comment I recently booked a room on line at a Days Inn website, at the motel which is on Fern Valley Road, Louisville, Ky. Upon checking in I was very leary about the condition and safety of this motel. I had booked the room for 2 nights, however after turning the bed down to find some sort of rubberized sheets, and a dirty worn out room, I checked out the next morning. I did not complain I just checked out. Then I did not get a credit on my card for the additional night. It was booked through some 3rd party that was directed from Days Inn's website. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have a credit or any answers. When I contacted the Days Inn, it took them 20 minutes to tell me how much the one night stay was. They never told me if I checked out early I would have to pay the additional night. This has been a nightmare and I will never ever stay at a DAYS INN again. OVER PRICED, RUDE, DIRTY! Not much more to say. But STAY AWAY FROM THE DAYS INN ON FERN VALLEY ROAD IN LOUISVILLE RD.
