Original Comment After reading these comments and going through some very frustrating experiences after being a customer for 6 years, it's apparent that the people they have hired in customer service actually have no understanding as to what that is and know anything about problem resolution. They consider folks like us as acceptable losses and will hold your money as long as possible to gain that interest on the bonds they hold. Sum it up to a lack of ethics. They know that state a federal laws favor them. I suggest that everyone spends an hour a day forever filing a grievance against them if warranted on any web site, Blog, consumer protection agency you can find until eventually your Attorney general will have to pay attention. Doing nothing and giving up is what they expect. Be smart about it and mature.
