Original Comment My experience is with the Easton Pennsylvania office. I had to go back 3 times in order for them to get my glasses correct. I live 30 minutes away. And they also charged me an additional fee of $70.00 to finally get them right. Every time I went to that office there were different associates there. It seems like they can't keep their help.
