Original Comment I had one of ESURANCE customer rear ended my 2001 BMW 740i on October 31, 2018 and I am still waiting till today to reach a settlement for my totaled car. The adjuster I was speaking with named NICK is very rude, mean and very disrespectful. Please everyone stay away from this company and its people. I just hired a lawyer and will file a lawsuit against them. These people have caused me and my family a lot of pain and suffering and I will make sure they pay for it.
