I brought a Ryobi electric power washer. I used it three times when I first got it...no problems. It was stored properly in the garage. A few years later I pulled it out to clean pavement (garage/porch), no pressure. I called the numbers listed in manual for assistance, the phone went straight to recording each time, no matter how many times I called. "RIP-OFF"!
