DO NOT buy anything from SEARS. They are going out of business for a reason. Customer Service is the worst ever. <br /> <br /> I purchased a refrigerator less than 2 years ago, it stopped getting cold. Made a service call, technician came out 5 days later, told me nothing was wrong. Went out and restocked food. Woke up this morning, water everywhere. Sears tells me I have to wait another 5 days for a technician. Called Corporate, which is not corporate, just a call center with Rude people on the phone. I was actually hung up on more than once. I am not exaggerating, I have spoken with 20 different people. My issue is unresolved. My husband is ill and they want us to live without a refrigerator for an additional 5 days, after THEIR technician told me nothing was wrong. I have solicited the services of the Department of Aging, we are elderly and this is just unacceptable. They took our money told us nothing was wrong and now the wont make it right for another 5 days. I have no faith. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a major appliance, and I have been around for a long time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS. Let them go on OUT of business because they don't know how to treat their number one asset...THE CUSTOMER. That is why they will NOT survive. And I don't want people to lose their jobs, but with the customer service I have received it's hard to even care!
