Original Comment 2016 Acura TLX has been in shop multiple times for electrical issues at Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, MD. Susan at customer relations does not return calls. This car is a disaster and Acura is non-responsive to the problems. As owners of multiple Honda products over 40 years, this car is the worst one we have owned.
