Original Comment I am again disappointed with customer service. Calls are outsourced to another country, and I have to continually repeat myself. If I ask to speak to a representative in the US, I get told they are unable. To corporate, why don't you try calling your own customer service? It stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
