My name is Dawn Venator and I took delivery on bedroom furniture on dec 21st that I payed 4,700 and every single piece is damaged in some way called your service dept immediately and have been getting the run around for 3 weeks.when my delivery came pieces of my headboard along with the hardware were missing I had to wait to the next day for someone to come out here to put in together and that would not have happened if I did not call 10 times.finally the delivery manager was sent to take care of this.yesterday the service dept was supposed to come here to repair my furniture between 5-8pm they call at 4:45 and said they were sick an would not make it to call to reschedule so I did that only to be told to keep calling back because there will not be anyone in our area for awhile I then called the store in orchard Park new York where the purchase was made and spoke to the gm Dan he told me that he would send an urgent email and they would contact me before the end of the day never happened. I am beyond frustrated I do not want this furniture I want them to come get it and want my money back I will be calling whoever I need to share my terrible experience with your company I am a manager at BJ's wholesale club and deal with 100,s of people a day a I will make sure to tell everyone I know and deal with to never buy furniture from Ashley's
