Original Comment They are a rip off I'm so upset I rented a movie it was 5 galaxies instead it was joker and I went back and returned it 17 days later I had a charge of $35 dollars and I called them to explain what happened and y they charged me they said o because you never returned it I was like I did it was the wrong movie ? The lady said she didn't care and that there's nothing they can do I asked to speak to a supervisor she was rude as well and said that she didn't care the charge was charged and o well ?? I explained it was the wrong movie ! She said ya but rented 5 galaxies and did return it I said Ys but I did return it she said there's no proof o well !! I'm so upset !!!!!
