Original Comment To whom it may concern, I booked an appointment at your kennesaw Towne center mall location 3 months ago my appointment was for 5 pm today 2/26/2020 when I did not receive a reminder message I called them to verify and yes my appointment was for 5 pm , I arrived at 4:50 and patiently waited till 5:30 they told me they accept walk ins and if dr was with a patient I would half to wait WHY THEN DO YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS? This should be cruisal to your patients as we have lives and schedules too, if there were 2 doctors and one took scheduled patients and the other took walk ins that would be great but you don't Iv been with pearl most of my 50 years of wearing glasses and I'm sure this is why I left a few years ago and after today will not return your not the only eye drs in town so hopefully you will address this issue before you lose more on time customers who do the right thing and make appointments !
