Original Comment Horrible Customer Service!!!!! My boyfriend and I went to the Ashley a furniture Store in Eatontown Nj yesterday. The cashier that was accepting our payment was beyond rude. She was showing me where to sign she had a pen in her hand I went to grab the pen by force of habit and she said Don't you touch my pen I'm said I'm sorry then I turned to my boyfriend and smirked. The cashier said Don't you give me that face I said are you serious she said I'm dead serious. I said you should not treat a customer that way she was like I can do what I want. I said get your manager. The manager came out we told her what happened she was like we are all under stress my boyfriend was like I know we are especially I am I work in a grocery store everyday I would t rest anyone this way. She was like I'm sorry this happened but we are under stress. I asked the manager for her District manager and corporate office. She said she couldn't give me any of those numbers. I asked her for her name and the associates name. She responded I can't give you any of that info. She turned to my boyfriend and was like let's try to get through the transaction and thank you for all that you do and I apologize for what happens here. I will never shop in any of your stores again.
