Original Comment I ordered a gift and paid extra for shipping to get it here by friday 5/15/2020. When I saw that it was shipped friday 5/15/2020 I called customer service. They assured that it had already shipped and would be there that day by 8pm. It never showed. and today I get an e-mail that my order is being prossesed and for a cheaper price then what I originally bought it at. I keep trying to call customer service and finnaly I pressed the number to order something and finally got ahold of someone . they transfered me to customer service where I was on hold for 30 minutes without reaching customer service. I have also e-mailed them and no one will get back to me!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND PAY EXTRA SHIPPING!!! ITS A RIP OFF.
