Original Comment We went to store # 00479-00008 on May 26, Order # 253244. After arriving home we discovered that our pizza was old, the cheese was dry and the crush sounded like toast when we tried to break off a slice. I called the store and asked for the manager, Nicole came to the phone and when I told her about our pizza she was not apologetic at all. Actually over the phone she sounded unconcerned. Finally she told me to bring my order back the next day and she would remake it. But what you fail to realize is if I wanted pizza for dinner tomorrow I would have waited to buy it. We purchased it for dinner that night. We ate two slices and the bread sticks just to keep from being hungry. That pizza never should have been sold. My daughter's a three to four times a week customer and this is the best you can do, ask us to do without dinner tonight and you will remake it tomorrow?
