Original Comment I need someone from Corporate to contact me by phone. 619-888-5270. Bought items in a store today. $1000 worth and had issues with them. Went back to store to resolve it and I was treated disrespectfully and it was distasteful. I was ignored, spoken to if I had lied and stollen and the Manager of the day had no respect for customer service. After being approached by "Brian" the manager of the day, he didn't want to hear my story. He never pulled me in a private setting and wanted to cause a scene. Now I'm short 400 dollars because apparently I can't be reimbursed. Someone needs to call. I'm an active duty Service member, and never treated like this. I told him he was going to lose customer and he didn't care.
